2. Service Appointments and Cancellations
To schedule a service, please contact us directly. We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule.
- Rescheduling/Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of a confirmed appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Access to Property: It is your responsibility to ensure our cleaning professionals have safe and unhindered access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, a lock-out fee may apply.
3. Pricing and Payments

- Reporting Damage: Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service completion with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs) to allow for proper investigation and resolution.
- We will not be liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or wear and tear.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean any areas you are unhappy with at no additional charge.
